At Dallas Elite Luxury Rentals, we prioritize both luxury and responsibility. To ensure every experience is smooth, secure, and elite, we require the following from all renters:

🔒 What You Need to Book:

• A valid, unexpired driver’s license

• A refundable security deposit (amount based on vehicle)

• A clean driving record

• Proof of active full-coverage auto insurance

• Must meet the minimum rental age of 21

  • Drivers ages 21–24 are subject to a $200 Young Driver Fee

• Review and sign our Rental Agreement prior to release

🚫 Please Note:

• Smoking, vaping, or burn damage will result in immediate forfeiture of deposit

• Unauthorized drivers, reckless use, or use in illegal activity will void your agreement and incur further penalties

• Renters are fully responsible for any damage, late return fees, tolls, and violations
